The responsibility for manifesting the wearer’s intentions is solely with the wearer. Therefore, no express warranties are given and no affirmation of Synergy Jewelry by words or actions will constitute a warranty.
Synergy Jewelry is sold on an "as is" basis. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the jewelry is with the buyer and/or wearer. Should the jewelry prove defective following its purchase, the buyer and/or wearer, and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
If for any reason you are not happy with your Synergy Jewelry, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to hear your concerns. Many of the repairs needed from normal wear are done free of charge.
Merchandise can be returned unworn, in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase date. If jewelry was ordered and shipped outside of the United States, jewelry must be returned within 21 days of purchase date.
